Thank you for shopping at our Spiritual Sweets™ Online Tee-Shop!

Note: The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.spiritualsweets.com.

The merchandise may be returned unworn with tags intact; merchandise must be accompanied by the original Return Form.  Please note that refunds are available only for online purchases returned via mail.  Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.  We do understand that there are special circumstances; however, if you have special circumstances, please email us. 

If any item, other than final merchandise, purchased at www.spiritualsweets.com, fails to meet your expectations:

  1. Return the merchandise with the original invoice.  Please note, anywhere on the invoice, the reason for return along with any specific instructions.
  2. Ensure your return merchandise is securely packed and sealed.  You are responsible for the return shipping cost.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  3. Mail the package(s) to Spiritual Sweets™LLCAttn: Sherilyn Bennett; 1 Hemlock Circle Pass,Ocala, FL 34472.
    Please allow 14 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.

Returns for Defective Items and/or Wrong Items Shipped

Any defective item(s) or item(s) different from original invoice may be refunded or exchanged.  Please note that defective item(s) is/are subject to inspection.  To ensure proper processing, indicate the reason for return, either defective or wrong item, on the Return Form.  If item(s) is/are defective, describe the defect and indicate Exchange in the ‘Notes Section’ if you would like a replacement.

Upon inspection, item(s) deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you FREE OF CHARGE.  If your exact replacement is out of stock, a refund will be processed back to the same form as the original order payment method.  Upon inspection, if item(s) is/are deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method.  In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.
